If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible, which may include:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Or another suitable resolution
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
- Be unused
- Be returned in original packaging where possible
- Be in a resellable condition
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on:
- Used items
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned without prior approval
